ONE65 is a multi-level, French-centric dining destination in the heart of San Francisco. Encompassing a patisserie, cocktail bar, high-end casual dining, and ultra-luxurious dining room on the top floor, ONE65 was the brainchild of James Beard Award-winning Michelin Star Chef Claude Le Tohic. I stopped in one evening to dine, and chat with Le Tohic about his amazing path from Brittany, France, to the Bay Area.
